ST. LOUIS – [BOX SCORE GAME 1] [BOX SCORE GAME 2] Following their impressive 15-1 blowout on Friday night, the Spartans (36-10, 18-5) were looking for a clean sweep on Saturday against Hannibal-LaGrange (12-32-1, 5-19), but had to settle for 2 out of 3.

 

Game 1 got off to a rough start for the Spartans and starter Dave Mullins (5-1), as MBU fell behind 3-0 going into the bottom of the 3rd. That quickly changed though, as the Spartans offense came to life against Hannibal starter Derek Allen.

Belleville, Ill. [BOX SCORE] - The Spartans faced Tennessee Wesleyan University in the seventh place game of the National Women's Lacrosse League (NWLL) National Tournament.  Though the team fought hard they were unable to pull out a win.
