Men's wrestling senior Anton Prater is this week's Spartan Athlete of the Week!

Anton recorded the highest finish for the Spartans on Saturday, to help lead MBU to its best regional finish ever at the NAIA East National Qualifying Tournament. Anton finished second at 133 lbs., losing in an 8-1 decision to Tommy Pretty of Campelsville University in the Championship Match. Prater, ranked 7th in the nation, will be competing at the NAIA Wrestling National Championships March 4-6 in Oklahoma City.

Congratulations Anton on your outstanding performance at the NAIA East Qualifying Tournament and for  being named the MBU Spartan Athlete of the Week!
