The MBU women's golf team competed in its first tournament of the Fall season at Rend Lake Golf Course in Whittington, Illinois, hosted by Rend Lake College on August 28th.
The Lady Spartans finished fourth of five teams. The top three golfers leading the way for the Spartans were Katie Dunlap with 94, Patty Carmitchel with a 100 and Samantha Conway with a 101.
The Lady Spartans will compete next week, September 3rd, at Aberdeen Golf Club in Eureka, Missouri for the Maryville University Fall Warm-Up Tournament, an 18 hole event.
