ST. LOUIS—[BOX SCORE] Missouri Baptist Women's Soccer celebrated Senior Day with a 5-1 victory over Lyon College on Saturday. Haylee Eastridge scored her fourth hat trick of the season and Cassie Willhite tacked on two as well in the route.

The Spartan offense was clicking from the start as Eastridge opened the scoring inside the first two minutes. Cassie Willhite doubled the lead in the 13th minute with an assist coming from Riley Janvrin. Eastridge then added a third marker seven minutes later to give the navy and white a comfortable halftime lead.

Lyon threatened early in the second half but the match was put to bed in the 57th minute. Willhite found paydirt with her second goal of the game and Eastridge completed her hat trick two minutes after that.

The Scots would break up the clean sheet in the 76th minute but it was all they could muster. Alex Lair made five saves in goal to earn the win as the Spartans cruised to a 5-1 victory.

The win moves MBU's record to 6-5-1 overall and 4-3 in the AMC. They'll go for two in a row when they take on Lindenwood-Belleville next Wednesday. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 pm.
