The 4 X 400 relay team of Tim Glockner, Ivan Milicevic, Kyle Meyer, and Junior Hines posted a provisional qualifying time of 3:23.3. Sophomore DeWain Meeks also ran a qualifier in the 60 meter dash (6.97), and will join Milicevic who has a 60 meter hurdle mark of 8.49 with individual postings. The Spartans will compete against McKendree University, Hannibal-LaGrange College and William Woods University Friday, February 19 for the first ever American Midwest Conference Indoor Track and Field Championship.

"This will provide another opportunity to reach qualifying standards in all events, as many of the athletes are very close," said MBU Head Coach Gordon Reiter. "They have all been working extremely well in practice and at meets to reach the standards."
