Devon has been playing lacrosse for over seven years. "I originally played attack but my mom convinced me that I had a bight future as a goalie," said Smith. Devon is Captain of his squad this year and has been a four year starter at Woodstock. He also has been the goalie for Team Georgia. So far this season, Devon has racked up 50 saves in just six games.

Head Coach Josh Sailors had this to say, "Devon has outstanding
character. He is very dependable,
and he is always ready to play hard every minute of every play."
"Devon is a great
guy and we are all excited to have him with us next year," said MBU Head Coach Andy Joly. "He is a great
goalie but
I know he will be able to learn a lot from our Senior Keeper Ben Hughes.
Devon will have big shoes to fill when
Benny graduates, but I'm very confident he's the man for the job."
