Men's Lacrosse - Tue, Apr 13, 2010
Coming off the heels of a big win over Saint Louis University on Saturday, the MBU men's lacrosse team has broken into the national rankings for the first time in program history.

The Men's Collegiate Lacrosse Association (MCLA) released its new national rankings on Tuesday, putting the Spartans at #19 in the LaxPower.com Division II Poll. This is the first time the MBU men's team has been nationally ranked in the top 25.

The Spartans will face divisional rival, and current MCLA Division II South leader, Missouri State University this Friday, April 16 in Springfield, Mo. A win over MSU could land the Spartans in the Adidas/MCLA The Lax Mag Division II Top 23 Poll.

The Adidas/MCLA The Lax Mag TOP 23 is a voter based poll, while the LaxPower.com Poll is based on a computer formula. To see both polls, visit: http://mcla.us/polls/.
