After concluding a successful 2010 campaign, ten Spartans and Head Coach Andy Joly have earned All-Conference recognition.

Five Spartans earned First Team All-Conference honors: Midfielder Tyler Smith, Defenseman Alex Belosi, Face Off Midfielder Ian Brosch, Midfielder Matt Mercer, and Attack David Justvig. Mercer also earned Academic All-American honors, while Justvig was named Division II Offensive Player of the Year.

Earning Second Team honors for the Spartans were Goalie Ben Hughes and Defenseman Dave Shaw. Third Team honors went to Midfielder Brandon Horschig and LSM Andrew Stanley. Midfielder Rob St. Laurent was named Honorable Mention All-Conference. Matt Mercer and Dave Shaw also earned Academic All-American honors.

MBU Head Coach Andy Joly earned GRLC Division II Coach of the Year honors. He led the Spartans to their best season performance ever, with an 11-3 record and a second place finish in the GRLC Regular Season and Post-Season Tournament.
