Missouri Baptist University Head Men's and Women's Wrestling Coach Brian Jackson recently coached at the international level. He led the United States 20 & Under Jr. Women's Wrestling Team at the 2010 Jr. PanAmerican Games July 10 in Managua, Nicaragua.
Coach Jackson's U.S. ladies finished in second place behind Canada. Canada beat the U.S. by just nine points. The event featured each nation's second-ranked wrestlers from each weight class. One of those competitor's for the U.S. was MBU's own Schuyler Brown. Brown won with four falls in the 59 kg weight class.
Coach Jackson will keep his plate full for the remainder of the Summer, as he represents the State of Missouri as a National Team Coach at the Cadet and Junior National Championships in Fargo, North Dakota July 18-25.
