Brock Chatman - Grad Assistant - 1st Season
The 2009 season is Coach Chatman's first season on the MBU men's soccer coaching staff. He spent the last four seasons as a forward for the MBU men's soccer team. At MBU, he earned AMC Freshman of the Year, Honorable Mention All-Conference, and two-time First Team All-Conference honors. Chatman also was a part of the St. Louis Lions team in their inaugural season in 2006 and contributed to the first playoff birth for the Lions in 2007 season.
Born and raised in St. Louis, he attended Christian Brothers College High School (CBC), where he competed at the Varsity level in track and field and soccer. Chatman received All-State Honors his Junior and Senior year in track and field as well as back to back State Championships in 4x100 meter relay in 2003 and 2004. He played soccer for the Most winningest high school coach in the nation Terry Michler and received honors 1st team All-State, 2nd team All-Metro, and Missouri Athletic Club (MAC) All-Star game MVP.
Chatman played his club soccer for the prestigious St. Louis Scott Gallagher for 10 years under coach Mark Dorsey, where he helped his team to 5 State championships and 3 regional final appearances.
Brock is now head coach of his own St. Louis Scott Gallagher Under 8 boys team (Inter Milan), and assistant coach for an under 10 boys team (Juventus).
Brock has his "F" coaching license.
