Ray Farrell - Head Coach - 5th Season

Ray Farrell took over the helm of the men's basketball program in  2007. Coach Farrell came to Missouri Baptist University from Philadelphia University, (NCAA Division II), where he has served as an Assistant Coach under Herb Magee since 2004.

Coach Farrell's collegiate coaching experience began in 1981, when he served as a Student Assistant Coach at his alma mater West Chester State College. Since then, Farrell has served as an Assistant Coach at several institutions, most notably the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Cleveland State University and Villanova University, all under Head Coach Roland Massimino. Coach Farrell also served as an Associate Head Coach at the Master's College in California from 1995-1998. Coach Farrell has had two stints as a Head Coach. One was with the University of Texas at Dallas, from 1998-2000. The other was with McLennan Community College during the 2000-2001 season.

Coach Farrell's coaching experience also goes beyond the collegiate level, as he served as the Personal Trainer and Coach of NBA player Rolando Blackman, (of the Dallas Mavericks and New York Knicks), from 1988-1998.

Coach Farrell is married to wife Ana, and they have three children: Marcello, Gabriela & Mauricio.

Will Logan - Assistant Coach - 2nd Season
Will Logan joined the staff of the MBU men's basketball program as the Graduate Assistant Coach in the Summer of 2009. Coach Logan played college basketball at Lock Haven University for two years, before becoming a Student Assistant Coach under Head Coach John Wilson, Jr. Logan also coached AAU basketball while in college for Positive Image, where he assisted in directing basketball leagues, tournament events, and basketball camps. In 2009 he co-found with mentor Marvin Debose the Players helping Players clinic that is held annually in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia.

 
Logan is the son of Annette Logan, and was born and raised in Philadelphia. He played three years of varsity high school basketball under Coach Cedric Powell at Franklin Learning Center High School in North Philadelphia.There he played for three Division C Champion teams and qualified for the state tournament his senior season.
