Coach Patricia Hanna is in her third season as head cross-country and track and field coach at Missouri Baptist University.

The 2012-2013 season will be her 16^th year in coaching and her fourth at the collegiate level in the NAIA. Coach Hanna began her career as a coach at the high school level in 1996 and soon after, took over as the head cross-country coach at St. Joseph's Academy in the fall of 1997. In 1998, she also became the head track and field coach. She spent 12 years at St. Joseph's before making the move to the collegiate realm.

In 2009, Coach Hanna took over as the head men's and women's track and field coach at Culver-Stockton College in the NAIA. She spent one season with Culver-Stockton before beginning her career at Missouri Baptist.

On the national level, Coach Hanna has worked with United States Track and Field (USATF) as both a coach and an official. She is currently a USATF Level 2 coach, certified in the sprints, jumps and endurance.

Over the course of her career working with USATF, Coach Hanna has traveled with several world youth teams and USA/Canada teams to countries such as the Czech Republic, Canada, France and Russia.

An accomplished official in the Race Walk world, Hanna is a USATF master-level official, on the IAAF level 2 Race Walk Panel and has officiated at the Pan-Am junior games and the 2008 and 2012 United States Olympic Trials.

Coach Hanna is married to her husband, John and has seven children. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from University of Missouri and Master's degrees from both University of Missouri and Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
