Rachel Baldwin joins the staff of the MBU Women's Track and Field program this year. A 2008 graduate of Missouri Baptist University obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine, with a minor in Health Science. Rachel is one of the most decorated female track and field athletes for MBU. An All-Conference athlete in the 100m and 200m, All-American in both the 4x400m and 4x100m relay, individually qualifying for the NAIA Indoor National Championship in the 60m dash and the NAIA Outdoor National Championship in the 100 meters, as well as being a member of the 2006 NAIA Indoor and Outdoor National Championship Track and Field Team. While she attended MBU she was on the Honor Roll and was on the Academic Dean's List all four years. She was also nominated for the Champions of Character Award.

She served as a Graduate Assistant Coach last season. She enters her second season with higher expectations and goals to supplement the previous year.   Rachel is finishing her Masters in Business Administration. She attended Waynesville High School a few miles outside of Fort Leonardwood, MO (military base). Both parents are retired military (21 years of service).
