
TOWSON, Md. – Senior shortstop Emma Napier of Campbellsville University leads the 2013 Capital One Academic All-America® College Division Softball Team, as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).

ST. LOUIS- The Missouri Baptist softball team ended its season short of a tournament conference title, but two Spartans were honored for their play throughout the season. Megan Wildhaber and Jena Trombley were named to the First-Team All-Conference squad.

ST. LOUIS – The College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), in conjunction with Capital One, have honored Missouri Baptist University softball player Danielle Bayer as a selection to the Capital One Academic All-America All-District Team on Thursday. With the honor, Bayer became just the second student-athlete in the history of Missouri Baptist University to receive the honor.

COLUMBIA, Mo. – The Missouri Baptist softball team lost their first two games in the American Midwest Conference Tournament against the third seeded Columbia Cougars. The Spartans dropped game one 3-1 and lost game two 7-2.

ST. LOUIS- The Missouri Baptist softball team qualified as one of the eight teams for the AMC tournament set for this weekend. The No. 6 seed Spartans will travel to take on No. 3 seed Columbia College in a doubleheader beginning at 2 pm tomorrow.
