The NAIA announced its 2016 Tachikara NAIA Volleyball All-America Team on Tuesday, December 6. For the third consecutive year, MBU's Mallory Dillon was named to the First Team. Junior Kristina Medanovic was named as a Third Team All-American and freshman Caterina Cigarini was an Honorable Mention.

SIOUX CITY, Iowa – [BOX SCORE] Just 12 hours after a thrilling victory to get into the 2016 NAIA Women's Volleyball National Championship Elimination Bracket, Missouri Baptist watched its season come to an end in dramatic fashion. After struggling in the first set, the Spartans put together a show for a big crowd at the Tyson Event Center, but fell just short in a four set, 3-1 loss to Lindsey Wilson (Ky.).

SIOUX CITY, Iowa –In a one-set playoff, Missouri Baptist's goal was simple: come out strong and win to advance to the round of 16. In a nail-biting, winner take all set, the Spartans pushed through adversity and became the final team of the 2016 NAIA National Championship to punch its ticket to the elimination rounds set to begin Friday.

ST. LOUIS- [BOX SCORE] No. 14 Missouri Baptist Women's Volleyball fell to No. 3 Hastings College in four sets in the final match of pool play on Thursday afternoon (25-15, 25-18, 16-25, 25-18). Despite the loss, MBU will have another chance to qualify for single-elimination by way of a one-set tiebreak on Thursday night. They will meet the winner of a one-set tiebreak between Union and Jamestown.
