The Missouri Baptist Universtiy men's Lacrosse team proudly announces Nick Spink as a new addition to the 2010-2011 recruiting class.

Several MBU men's lacrosse players have earned Great Rivers Lacrosse Conference Division 2 honors this season. Earning First Team honors are Tyler Smith (midfield) and Matt Hogan (long stick midfield). Earning Third Team honors are Justin Mueller (face-off midfield) and Ben Hughes (goalie). David Justvig (attack) and Rob St. Laurent (attack) have been named Honorable Mention.

Several Spartans also earned GRLC Academic All-Conference honors: Matt Hogan, Kevin Mercer, Tom Mueth, David Shawley, and Ryan Zimmer.

The Spartans finished their season last Saturday in a 6-9 loss to Creighton University in the first-round of the GRLC Tournament. They finished the season with an 8-6 overall record, 2-2 in the GRLC.
