The MBU men's wrestling program has announced the signing of Josh Kelleher (149/157) to the 2010-2011 Spartan wrestling team.

The Missouri Baptist University men's wrestling team finished 12th in a field of 36 teams at the 2010 NAIA Wrestling National Championships in Oklahoma City March 4-6. The MBU squad scored 45 points. Champion Notre Dame College of Ohio ran away with the team competition, scoring 179.5 points.

The Missouri Baptist wrestling squad is in eleventh place with 19 points after one day of action at the 2010 NAIA Wrestling National Championships. Notre Dame College of Ohio leads the pack with 44 points. Three Spartan grapplers have advance to today's championship quarterfinals, while the rest of the team will look to stay alive in wrestleback action.
The 2010 NAIA Wrestling National Championships are set to begin today in Oklahoma City. Twelve wrestlers will be representing MBU in a quest to become All-Americans. Action will get under way at 1:00 p.m., with championship round preliminary and first round matches.

The MBU men's wrestling team competed for the last time before the NAIA Wrestling National Championships last weekend in Jackson, Tennessee. The Spartans competed in the ten-team NAIA East Qualifier Tournament hosted by Cumberland University.
