Missouri Baptist University Head Women's Lacrosse Coach Katie Rau has been named the recipient of the U.S. Lacrosse Missouri Chapter Commitment Award. Recipients of the award have demonstrated a commitment to the development of the sport of lacrosse in more than
one facet.

The MBU women's lacrosse team took to the soccer field on Saturday, October 3rd. The Lady Spartans laid aside their sticks and helmets to volunteer with the Special Needs Soccer Association (SPENSA) at Soccer Park in Fenton. At the clinic sponsored by SPENSA, eleven members of the MBU women's lacrosse team paired up with the children participants, as they learned skills in soccer drills and games.
